Question:--- We discussed the concept of Negligence in our last class and it is discussed in detail in Chapter 10. Please observe and describe an example of a dangerous situation at your place of work, school, or at a store you shop at. In other words, look for an accident waiting to happen. Then, using the elements discussed in class, provide a hypothetical example on which you believe the property owner would be liable for this tort. Make sure and indicate the facts that would support each and every element (total of 1-2 pages)using the IRAC formula.
