Course Presentation

The Google Excel sheet below includes 39 lean tools. Select two tools for your presentation and write down your name in front of the tools you want for your presentation. You cannot select a tool that is already selected by your classmate. The tools selection is done in first-come-first-serve order. Once you select two lean tools, please do an online and create a PowerPoint presentation. In each tool, you should include the following:

• Introduction: what is the tool? Please include pics and videos to explain the tool.

• Applications with examples, you are encouraged to include pics and videos to elaborate on the applications of each tool

• One case study for each tool. A case study should include the following:

  • Company name, where the tool implemented;

  • Problem statement;

  • How the lean tool implemented;

  • Results;
