- Over the past two sessions, we have discussed in some detail the overlapping nature of the project phases. Using the process groups / knowledge areas matrix, explain how phases overlap, and provide an example supporting your explanation.
- The process groups / knowledge areas matrix includes 40+ processes, and which we have discussed few of them in some detail. Based on your knowledge, determine the minimum number of process groups which should be considered in a typical project and explain/justify your answer.
- The Closure process group include activities/tasks like training your customer/client, transferring project documents, releasing project resources, and gathering lessons learned. Please name other two activities/tasks which took place during the closure phase
