You can use graphs, data-analytical procedures, etc. to lend credibility to your findings. (6) Recommendation: What would you like to recommend to the management; you will need to add solid arguments to support your suggestions, so be careful in this respect. (7) Conclusions; You briefly outline the scope and limitations of your study and include what you learned from this study with special reference to Operations Management, and how you would design your operations if you were to be the CEO of that company. (8) References; list of references you used if any. (9) Appendices; you can include data and other analytical work that you might have used for your analysis.
