1, Please explain the seven bottleneck principles, and the five things that are important in managing bottlenecks as discussed in chapter 6 of the text.

2, In addition, choose a service type organization at a regular bottleneck time of day (e.g., your favorite fast-food restaurant during lunch hour, post office right before closing time, your bank's teller service on a Saturday morning, etc.), and explain which bottleneck principles are at play and how the organization can better manage them.
