Social distancing guidelines put forth by the government and public health officials have resulted schools and business closures that have left many of us flustered and had to cope with the level of changes that are unprecedented. For some industries considered as essential, manufacturing and hospitality they can operate with stringent Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to prevent the spread of COVID 19 at workplace.

Since the company that you attached to is producing a petroleum products is considered as essential business that is permitted to operate in full capacity, the management has appointed you to lead a taskforce consists of other head of department. The aim of this taskforce is to provide a recommendation to the top management for managing peoples at work with no interruptions to business operations.
