This is a fairly straight forward requirement. For your initial post, complete a compare and contrast analysis between CPM and PERT.

The requirement asks you to list the advantages and limitations of each technique. This is a pretty broad requirement. Just like the other processes / philosophies we have analyzed; the hypothetical possibilities (could, should, may, etc.) are meaningless unless you have a specific project to focus on.

To save yourself time (and trouble), consider the advantages and limitations for each technique after you have chosen a company project to analyze. The strengths and weaknesses for each process will become clearer when you look at a specific way to use them
