Scenario: You work for Entry Real Estate and are leasing the property $10/133$ Dalia Street, Down Town.

This property is a furnished $2$ bedroom townhouse, that has an attached double garage. The only outdoor space is a medium sized courtyard. The lease is currently $$750$ per week.
