Requirement: The learner is expected to demonstrate the application of the steps involved in line with the performance criteria and performance evidence. Identify and control two different types of hazards in the work area The learner must meet the requirements as listed in the observation checklist as part of the role play activity. Following the completion of the full scenario the learner must complete an OHS Risk Register on a hard copy. There is no need to the OHS Risk Register to be completed using a computer.
