Question: Creare an email response based on this email and explaining that the accident happened after dropping off my son to his first day of school
Creare an email response based on this email and explaining that the accident happened after dropping off my son to his first day of school and on my way to work right after this morning and FDNY ambulance had arrived shortly after the accident. I was checked out still in shock, shaking, and scared. I started having sharp pains in my lower back a couple of hours after. I had went to an orthopedic office nearby which the proof is shown on the attachment to this email. According to what they're saying i need to get an MRI. I will send you the police report shortly as well. I am also attaching the MTA incident sheet that was given to me and found that the information provided had some faulty information. However, for your reference i will also attached that on this email as well. I am currently trying to get a lawyer as soon as possible as well since tgis is the City im fighting up against. I aoplogize for the inconvenience, i had no control over this. Due to this incident, i will do everything in my power to rerurn to work as i can not afford to lose income. I understand that because of this i will not be compensated for my absence. However, i dont want to lose my job in this process either, please. I value your support, concerns, and reach out to check in on my health. Thank you.
Catherine Galarza 12:53 PM CG To You, Denny Rodriguez, + 1 . . . . Good Afternoon Valentin, I wanted to follow up on our phone call earlier today. You mentioned being involved in a car accident with the MTA on your way to work, and I just wanted to check in again to make sure you are okay. Please take care of yourself and let us know if there's anything you need during this time. For awareness, I am including Ms. Frazier, your supervisor, and Denny on this email so they can further follow up with you as well. Wishing you a smooth recovery and sending well wishes your way.
