Use the force field analysis $($see activity worksheet $11\mathrm{.}3)$ to describe the issues that can affect the implementation of the solution. Again, make sure that this is not a generic discussion and that it relates to the problem$/$solutions that you have come up with.

Identify the most effective leadership style to apply to this problem based on the strengths and weaknesses of the approach. The leadership style does need to directly tie back to the specific problem.

Describe how you will evaluate and reward the performance of the team$/$individuals implementing the solution. Make sure that you include things like a timeline for the evaluation and what it will look like for the reward$/$evaluation system to be used. This section also needs to relate to the problem$/$solutions at hand.
