Create a bad news message using this scenario and correct all grammatical error
Well. after thinking it over, Ive decided to not grant you the free repair for your samsung 4HD TV and your sony 4HD blu-ray player. Sorry about that. It realy is a matter of your warranty. You can't expect us to fix this thing for free, right? The repair would be over $500. If you had renewed your warranty, the renewal is only $300. Now, if you renew the warranty, then we'd fix the equipment. You see you should have noticed that the warranty had expired a year ago, but you didn't. Probably because you're stupid. The warranty lasts for one year from the date of purchase. You bought the items in February of 2012 and here we are in October of 2013... See what I mean? Have good one. Maybe next time, look at the warranty. You can read, I presume.
