our next meeting here in April for my boss Elizabeth Hurley and her team.

Natasha: Oh, just a simple meeting where my boss could brainstorm/discuss plans for the next years sales & marketing plan. The topic of her meeting is called: The Future of Auction in 2025. Let me check on my Outlook calendar here. Hmmm, I was really hoping we could hold it on Tuesday, April 5th, 2022.
Were expecting 14 people in total to be there. We will start with breakfast first, followed by a two hour meeting where Elizabeth will need a projector and screen for her laptop so that she can show her PowerPoint presentation. She will also need extra space, maybe a table or two, to put her notes, briefcase and stuff. She wants an early start to the meeting as well.
Everyone will be here by 8:00am for breakfast, followed by the actual meeting at 8:30am and we should be done by 10:30am or 11:00am at the very latest.
You: I do not see any problem for that date since April is a quiet time of year for us. I have the perfect space for you called the Earth Room. Its 28 feet long by 20 feet wide and would fit your meeting requirements perfectly! And the best part is that were having a special in April! The room rental is only $450 rather than the regular price of $600. We also have a variety of breakfast packages priced from $27 per person to $45 per person.
Also, for your attendees who are driving, there is a special parking rate of $12 for the day rather than $21.50!
Natasha: That sounds perfect!
You: Ill put it all together in a Banquet Event Order so that you can look it over and let me know if thats okay. Ill also provide you with a floor plan of the meeting room that shows the set-up so you can see how the room will look.

(15 marks) You also need to draw the function room layout, using what you think is the most suitable room layout for the meeting.
