Create a Bilateral contract (you may choose the type).

• Include additional elements that we discussed over the course of the semester that can change the outcome of the contract.
• You may list a caveat that describes what will happen (remedies) if the contract is breached.
• You may place a timeframe on the contact (needs to be completed in 30 days)
• It may be contract for services (one service for another service)
• It may be contract in exchange for a service, the other party is paid
• It may be a transfer of service or goods.

Be creative; and be detailed! Make sure it includes all the elements of a legal binding contract and it has the four corners of a contract.
