Part 1: The BMC should be completed based on YOU and a value you currently bring to people It is ok if this is a value that you have provided over years, but it should be something you currently provide. Remember that the "Key Resources" element is essentially the skills you have and use to deliver the value to others Remember to include both hard and soft costs and revenues

Part 2: The key here is to make a strong connection between your current situation and your future goal (what you want after Lambton) You will need to look at the BMC and reflect on what you have recorded in the BMC that can benefit you achieving your future goal An example may be that you have current skills which is also needed in your future line of work The video can be made based on your choice At a minimum it should include some type of visuals It is ok not to appear in the video, but I suggest you add music or something to keep the audience's attention.
