Create a Business Model (or Lean) Canvas for an Existing Company

For this activity journal task, you need to create your own business model case study for an existing company. At a minimum, you should map out a business model canvas or lean canvas of your chosen company at a particular point in time. An even better exercise would be to look at the same company at different points in time. If you can identify a company that's changed over time and map out how its business model has evolved throughout the process, you'll learn a lot about how the business model canvas works in practice.
