Create a C++ program for KNN algorithm that can read a large csv dataset file which is in binary format.

Split the data into training and testing test

For the fact that the data set is in binary format make use of the Jaccard's coefficient formula

Perfom the five fold cross validation for perfomance evaluation

Finally calculate the accuracy by collecting TP(true positive) , FP(false positive) , TN (true negative ) and FN(false negative)
