Create a class in C++ which uses operator overloading to implement matrix operations. You should support various sizes matrices, but it is OK to have a fixed maximum size.

Your matrix class should support the following operations:

+ and += (matrix addition)

- and -= (matrix subtrcation)

== and != (comparison)

2 versions of * and *= (scalar multiplication and matrix multiplication)

You should also provide a destructor, copy-constructor, and assignment operator if the compler-supplied versions are insufficient.
