Draw an Organizational Chart showing ten employees. Include their names, job titles, and reasonable salaries based on market trends in your Organizational chart. 8. Perform a market-driven analysis to determine the best starting salary and salary range for a manager and a line staff from your Organizational Chart. The market analysis must be based on the internal factors of your company, such as philosophy, budget, competitive advantage, employee job description, professional qualifications, and years of experience when making a salary determination. After these considerations, research the salary trends in the market of two companies and show the comparisons of those companies for the same positions. PRACTICAL APPLICATION 9. After taking all of these factors into consideration, prepare the salary range for these two positions. Draw the graph Showing the Minimum, Midpoint, and Maximum, then complete the salary ranges for GRADE I, GRADE II, and GRADE III. Show all working/calculations for both, and DO NOT round off your figures. Also, show the slope and calculate the spread between each grade. 10.
