Create a complete project budget and risk management plan on trucking company

The report can have any format, but these sections must be included:

I. The cover Page $($include the project name, member names, group number, and student numbers$)$

II$.$ Executive Summary. Only write this section once the whole project is completed first. This section will be written last. This section first describes your project and summarizes your findings and highlights from all other sections.

III. Project scope statement: what is included and not included in your project scope.

IV$.$ A WBS followed by a list of tasks driven from the WBS$.$

V$.$ A list of resources the project requires based on your task list.

VI$.$ Cost estimates for all required resources.

VII. A completed MS project file based on the list of tasks and resources identified above.

VIII. A completed risk identification, prioritization, analysis, and response plan includes contingency plans and reserves.

IX$.$ A completed detailed budget for the project.
