Create a construction project and complete the tasks

Part 1: to perform SH analysis on selected construction project. Requisites and tasks: Identify all SHS Draw interest/power matrix and evaluate individual SHs in two different stages of the project (4-5 SHs) Select 2 SHs for further analysis and elaborate SOAP Part 2: addressing PDM Provide information about selected/expected PDM Discuss the appropriateness of this PDM in the light of analysed project.
