: Create a database for a real estate firm. A real estate firm has an address, phone number, name and can be either residential or commercial. Each firm may have many agents working for it and may list many properties. We need to track properties that the firm lists. Each property has an address, an asking price, a total size (in square feet), a status (sold, available), a date of construction, type (apartment, condo, single family) and rooms. A property is listed by just 1 firm. For each room we need to track the room type (bathroom, bedroom, living room), the size (in square feet), and the flooring type (carpet, wood, tile). A property could have many rooms of each type. A room must belong to a single property. We also want to keep track of the agents that work for the firm and what properties they are assigned to sell. A property may have one agent associated with it or none. For each agent we need to track their first name, last name, address, salary and their total amount of sales. An agent works for 1 firm. Create an ER from the following requirement. Use Chen notation with cardinality and participation notation and make a separate diagram with UML notation. If you make an assumption that is not in the requirements, please note this on the ER.
