If a customer is a member, they can upgrade from any model to the next avalible model for free. (note that members who want car E cannot upgrade any further)
If a customer subscribes to any frequent flyer programs, they can recieve a discount from those frequent flyers. (the amount of discount is not disclosed)
If a customer rents a car on the web, they recieve a 10% discount.
