Create a worksheet titled Final Grade that includes the following columns:

Student Name -- entered by you for each student

Grade % -- this is a number, no decimals, calculated as the average of the total test grade and total homework grade. Use the AVERAGE function. When using the AVERAGE function for individual cells, use a comma between the values.

Letter Grade -- text based on the Grade %, calculated using the Grade % value and VLOOKUP function

This grading chart needs to appear somewhere on your first worksheet. This will be referenced by the VLOOKUP function to calculate the letter grade.

Honors create a formula that returns a Y or an N depending on Grade %, use an IF function.
