Public Management$)$

PAYMENT TYPE: The student must be able to select the payment type from a

list $($Cash$,$ Debit order, EFT$)$

DATE OF REGISTRATION: Use the Date picker

Attendance Type: Use Option button to choose between Full time and Part time

Has this student passed Matric? Use a check box to click Yes or No

Insert a button $$Register$$ that will send an email confirming the student$$s

registration.
