Create a function called main$().$ It will take no parameters and be the entry point of the program $($When you run the program it should only run this function$).$ The function should perform the following:

a$.$ Call the playerSetup$()$ function.

b$.$ Print out the player name and the amount in their bank. You should use the string.format$()$ to do this

c$.$ Print out the current available bets with their odds $($I realize I said in class that I wouldn't make you space out a print statement. This specific instance calls for it$.$ I have included the code to do this in the template file$)$

d$.$ Ask the user to place a bet

e$.$ Call the placeBet function $($Instructions for the placeBet$()$ function are below$)$

f$.$ Print the return value of the placeBet function. If the returned list does not have the appropriate values or the user entered an invalid bet then an error message should be displayed.

g$.$ Execute rollDice$()$
