Create a function in C++ called FindSubstringCon that takes as parameters four strings S, Y, P, Q and display true only if there is at least one occurrence of string Y (within the string S) with prefix P and suffix Q; otherwise display false.

Example1

S = JFKLABCDACBD

Y = ABC

P = JFKL

Q = DACBD

In this case there is an occurrence of Y (underlined) with prefix P and suffix Q, so the function should display True

Example2

S = ABCDGDPDACBD

Y = GDP

P = ABCD

Q = DACBDB

In this case there is no occurrence of Y with prefix P and suffix Q, so the function should display False
