Create a Java program called NumberStats that reads data from a file containing, on each line, the name of a species of mammal, a tab character, and a sequence of letters representing the nucleotides of the DNA for some of the genes from that mammal. DNA sequences (some of them) contain instructions on how to build a particular protein. A protein is a sequence of amino acids and a DNA's nucleotides specify, in order, which amino acids are in that sequence. It does this by grouping the nucleotides (A, C, G, and T) into sets of three, called a codon. So, for example, the sequence "AGGTACAGGTACTGC" contains five codons: AGG, TAC, AGG, TAC, and TGC. Your program should print report listing each sequence:
1) species name 2) total number of nucleotides 3) number of each nucleotide 4) total number of codons 5) number of different codons. Of the sixty-four possible codons, print how many are in this sequence 6) the number of each codon. Do not print those that do not occur in the sequence
