Prompt the user for the name of a team. The user should be able to enter the
team name using any case and still find the match. For example, Philadelphia

Using this information, your program will report the city, team name, the years
won, total wins and Years since last win in a formatted table as shown below.
Hint: You will use a loop to step through the array to look for matches and a
counter to keep track of the year numbers

The program should continue to process more teams until the user wants to end
