Create a lesson plan as an HR professional for the trainees of the HR department on the topic of EFFECTIVE INTERVIEWING SKILLS. The lesson plan should be written so that another facilitator can pick up the instructions and facilitate the 3-hour session. 3. A copy of the evaluation tool(s) used in the facilitation
4. A copy of the handout(s) (minimum 2 pages) provided to the participants
