Create a measurement plan and build the check sheet plan to use for the Support and Awareness of Mental Health at Central College. "Test" your check sheet to make sure it worksthat it will provide you with the data you need. Please complete the following:

1. Create a measurement plan and check sheet.
2. Follow your measurement plan and fill in the check sheet as observed process.
3. Complete the measurement plan (make sure all the questions for each of the Six Ws are answered) and a check sheet (completed ).
4. Provide a detailed analysis by addressing the following questions:
   • Did they get the right data? (If they dont get the right data, you wont be able to progress.)
   • Were they able to follow my measurement plan? (i.e., my Six W's)
   • Did they gather the appropriate data? If not, why?
   • If there was a problem, how did you adjust your measurement plan to fix the problem?
