Create a multiplication table. The user supplies the size. The table size needs to be limited range of 1 to 30. No smaller than 1 and no larger than 18. 18 is chosen only so that the table fits nicely on the output table. Use a loop to continue re- asking the user to input a number if their selection is outside that range. Use setw() to make the table look clean.
