Create a new Excel file. Name is Capstone_1_{{NAME}}.xlsx (replace {{Name}} with your name i.e. Capstone_1_JohnSmith)

Select a Theme that you would like for assignment. Facet is a typical theme used for spreadsheets that are professional in nature.

In Cell A1, type Premium Purchase Electronics

In Cell A2, type Sales, January 2017

Starting in A3, enter the following information. It should take up cells A3:F7

For column G, add a total column that shows totals for sales for each rep.

For row 8, add a total row that shows totals for each product type and total sales.

Be sure there is a total in cell G8.

For column H, use a column sparkline to show how each product type compares to each other (HINT: you should have 5 data columns on your sparkline for each employee).

For row 9, add formulas and headings to show the average sales for each product type (HINT: you should be averaging the sales for all 4 reps in your calculations)

For row 10, add formulas and headings to show the minimum sale for that product type between the four reps.

For row 11, add formulas and headings to show the maximum sale for that product type between the four reps.

Format the sheet information using the following rules.

Merge and Center Cells A1:H1. Format the text to be Heading 1 cell style.

Merge and Center Cells A2:H2. Format the text to be Heading 2 cell style.

Format A3:H3 to be Heading 3 cell style

Format all numbers (except Cells B8:G8) to be comma style, zero decimals.

Format Cells B8:G8 to be Total cell style and accounting number style, zero decimals

Develop a stacked bar or stacked column chart to show total sales by sales rep with each block within the column/bar being the individual types of electronics. (Column chart will have the Sales Rep names on the Horizontal Axis and Bar chart will have the Sales Rep names on the Vertical Axis).

Use the "Move Chart" button to move the chart to a separate sheet. Rename that sheet to Sales Totals by Rep

Refine the chart as needed for presentation (i.e. add chart title, legend).

Ensure your file is saved with the correct file name.

Submit the assignment as an .xlsx file by the due date.
