calcPaintGallons$()$ accept square feet of wall space as a parameter and return gallons of paint needed.

calcPaintCost$()$ accepts number of gallons and returns the paint cost.

calcLaborCost$()$ accepts total square feet, calculates and returns the labor cost.

displayJobCost$()$ accepts total square feet, gallons of paint needed, paint cost, labor cost, and job total as parameters

and displays an itemized breakdown of the job cost
