Create a new project in Jira; name your Project in the following format: MG$-685-$ Spring$2023-$Team#

Create the team and invite your team members, including me $($tchebib@una.edu$)$

Create a Scrum Board

Steps $1$ thru $3$ are preferred to be created by one person and then invite the rest of the team.

Enter your issue types in Jira $($Epics & Stories$)$

Start by creating your Epics and then your StoriesMake sure you associate every Story with an Epic; no orphan Stories are allowedYour Stories in this scenario should be a one$-$week or less body of work

Set up your two Sprints $($start and close them appropriately$)$

Use the following naming convention for your Sprints

Sprint $1$: MG$685\_$S$1\_$Spring$2023(03/14-03/20)$Sprint $2$: MG$685\_$S$2\_$Spring$2023(03/21-03/27)$

Assign a Scrum Master for the week $($rotate one person from the team each week$)$

In our case, the Scrum Master will act as the Product Owner as well. $($The Scrum master will run all the ceremonies for the week and act as the approver of the Epics$/$Stories accomplished$)$
