1. Create a portfolio to submit along with your application for an actual current job ( production manager for fertilizer and pesticide company ) opening leading either agile or traditional work. Prepare a submission for the position which includes your rsum, a cover letter, and examples of three artifacts of your choosing which demonstrate your understanding of the requirements of the position.
2. The artifacts you submit may be for a fictitious project, a real project you have been a part of, or deliverables from prior courses. The artifacts you submit do not need to all be from the same project.
   1. For traditional project work the artifacts might be a project charter, a status report, a project work plan a risk management plan, a communication plan or other artifacts of your choosing.
   2. For agile work the artifacts might b: a prioritized project backlog, a team velocity burn down chart, a PI planning two day meeting agenda, or other artifacts of your choosing.
