1) The problem is that Tech Corp’s HR information system is not being used by all its employees, especially several managers. Tech Corp as well as the employees in question have been impacted by this problem because they are not able to gauge their productivity levels without properly using the system. The problem occurs when Tech Corp tries to be implemented at the managerial level. This problem occurs at the managerial level of the company. The problem exists because some of the mangers do not see the merit of the new system and do not feel compelled to use it in the absence of any incentive or punishment. The problem happens regularly because some managers don’t use the system at all.
2) The problem is that OOAK does not have the kind of sales figures that justifies an up-and-coming business. OOAK has been impacted by this problem. In the future, OOAK’s potential customers will also be impacted because the company will not have enough revenue to reach out to its target segments. The problem occurs when OOAK does not try to know more about their customer’s behavior. The problem occurs at the marketing level of the company. The problem exists because OOAK has, so far, only been focused on gathering basic demographic information such as the age, gender, ethnicity, and geographic location of their customers. The problem comes to light whenever sales figures are reviewed.
