Create a project based on a company with at least one sustainability goal. Manage campaign that will increase the organization's appreciation of the UN sustainability goals. We have to create a project scope and network diagram. The company can be already existing one or a newly made up one.

Project Objectives/Requirements

The project objectives as recorded at the meeting are as follows:

• To deliver a high-class campaign that will be respected and understood by all who see it
• To increase understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals throughout the organisation and beyond
• To identify which of the 17 goals are most relevant to your organisation
• To attract Sustainability Champions from each department
• To provide costings which cover the campaign
• To prepare a risk assessment.
• To create a schedule of publicity activities

  Limits and Exclusions

  It was also agreed that certain items would be outside the remit of the campaign:

• All team members will continue on existing salaries throughout the project and return to their normal roles once the campaign project is completed
• The campaign is intended for internal publicity only (although should be suitable to be shared externally if appropriate)
• The campaign should be environmentally friendly (no helium balloons!)
• It should run for 6 months with a view to elements moving to business as usual upon successful implementation
• No food or accommodation is included in the budget as travel is not anticipated.
• All telephone, communications and office space will be provided free of charge by the organisation.

  Project Deliverables/Milestones

  The decision to go ahead with the project is taken on Thursday, 30^th September during the meeting. [Please treat this date as the Project Start Date] A weekly meeting with the project sponsor (your seminar tutor) will take place in the seminar. You will be expected to produce Project Management artefacts which will include Scope Statement, Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagram, estimating, costings and risk assessment for your Portfolio. There will be milestones you will want to include within the project. Your team will need to advise the CEO on these.
