Night Moves is an event logistics business. They have been contracted by Events UK to provide the

transportation of the equipment, including catering supplies, to and from a major music event to be held in

Finsbury Park in London in August $2024$

You are an employee of Night Moves and are given the role of the Project Manager. Your task is to

develop a Project Management plan to present to the client

The Task

The project is the collection and delivery to the venue site of all the staging, equipment etc. that is used for

the event, and the return of the it back to the various originating locations once the event has finished.

As project manager, you are required to submit a project plan. You will need to provide a complete draft

project plan to support the event schedule that includes costings and resource requirements. This needs

to cover all aspects of project management including:

$$ Clear and simple project timings

$$ A clear plan and schedule for the appropriate resources to support the project

$$ An initial cost plan for the contract

$$ All other areas of Project management covered in sessions

about the project such as the parameters, relevant details, background and further information. You may

also receive changes and updates to the project brief.
