Create a project plan with the following items:

$1-$ Within the international or us outside counsel policy there should be an owner for each section. Identify each section owner

$2-$ Send policy to suggested owner of section and confirm that he$/$she are the right person. At this time, make the section owner aware of the expectations going forward. Section owner must be able to accept the redline from the firm or come up with language that works with the law firms redline to not compromise our position in the policy.

$3-$ Send the policy to the owner to review current state of the policy and suggest updates and$/$or changes to the policy.

$4-$ Once suggestions$/$changes have been made, highlight$/$summarize the changes in a report to Ann Kappler and Jeff Clott

$5-$ Alignment that changes are acceptable and release new OC policy to firms.

$6-$ Go forward of signed attestation that firm has received and adheres to the outside counsel policy.
