Create a Reference Model for ONE process within your organization (or an organization you are familiar with) using the template provided in Blackboard. Review the Process Classification Framework (PCF) using the APQC templates in the Module 2 Learning Resources folder. Map FOUR (4) functions from your Reference Model to a subset of ONE applicable PCF process.
