Create a reply comment to this discussion board post: After reading "Do the Best Organizations Have the best People," I agree that organizational strategies may be in error at times regardless of the type of people the organization my have working in them. I have seen on many occasions how systems that are in place are good yet when you have people who do not like the systems or believe that the systems are okay, they go out of their way to hinder things. Especially If the systems hold them more accountable for their actions. I have also seen how the head of an organization may be trying very hard to improve things and then have people underneath them hinder the process because it's, as they would say, not the way we have done it in the past
