A meeting was held on September $5,2024,$ with the project team for the purpose of developing a work

break structure $($Unit $3)$ and a Project Task Worksheet $($Unit $4)$ for the Rescue Container Project.

The Project Team convened and outlined the activities: who will complete, the estimated required

workdays $($does not include weekends, holidays, or other planned days off$),$ and the budget cost

estimate.

For Project Management, the project team uses all the necessary project activities, including a

communication plan, risk assessment, RACl charts, procurement SOWs, and customer acceptance

checklists. As part of the customer agreement, the customers are aware about changes they request.

The customer must formally request a scope change, which may add to their original price and could

possibly push out the project completion. All changes must go through the proper approval before

moving forward. Because of the many templates and experience from the project team, the team felt

the project management activities should take no longer than two work weeks.

Note that the construction schedule considers weather delays of $2$ work weeks total.

Corinne will manage the customer acceptance deliverable during the handover & testing task.

As part of the project management assignment, Corinne will create the WBS chart with the project team

$($Unit $3$ assignment$)$ and assemble a Project Task Worksheet $($Unit $4$ assignment$)$ and provide this report

to the project sponsor by September $6,2024.$ The project schedule will follow the approval of the WBS

and the Project Task Worksheet. Note that the assignment of the Level $2$ WBS will consist of Project

Management, Pod Construction, Rescue Deployment and BEC Recommendation.
