Elevator Pitch: The help Desk is a major element of any tech company. Help services portal can be beneficial to employees as well as to the customers. This help portal would get the request from the client or the employees. Look for the solution in the database and would send the solution immediately. If there is no solution available, then it would send it to the concerned teams or the authorities.

Problem Type: Software / Hardware / Legal / General

Problem Description

Processing:

At first client or employee will go into the help desk portal and would provide information like their roles, emails, department and would request help by providing their needed problem type. Once they choose the type of their problem and add the problem description then the system would check into the database of the solutions for similar problems if not it would open a ticket and would send it to the concerned department. If it would be a software issue then it would be sent to the software team, if it's legal to issue then it would be sent to the legal team. The then concerned department would process their request.

Output:

Once all the inputs are received by the concerned team and once the solution is found then they would reach the requester with the solutions to their problems.
