Once they choose the type of their problem and add the problem description then the system would check into the database of the solutions for similar problems if not it would open a ticket and would send it to the concerned department. If it would be a software issue then it would be sent to the software team, if it's legal to issue then it would be sent to the legal team. The then concerned department would process their request.
Output:
Once all the inputs are received by the concerned team and once the solution is found then they would reach the requester with the solutions to their problems.
