Create a small program that has PCB class and a queue class. Please instantiate the queues that you need (ex. ready queue, I/O queue, etc...), create a RUN PCB to hold the PCB for the process that is in the run state, and add a new task to schedule (move) items from the ready queue (use fifo for now) to the RUN PCB location, and return the RUN PCB to the bottom of the Ready queue. Code in Java.
