Create a song that analyses the relationship between two major characters.  You may choose any two of the following characters for this task: Hester Prynne, Pearl Prynne, Arthur Dimmesdale, or Roger Chillingworth.

 
Select appropriate  lines of music that depict the personality and relationship between two of the above characters.  You will create  a "song" using theses lines from previously recorded songs. You should use no more that 3 lines from one song, and you should vary the artists.  You must use at least 10 different songs to compile your song.

 
You should type up the lyrics to your new song, but be sure to give credit to the original title and artist.  After you complete your song be sure to write a paragraph of explanation that details your rationale and approach to this assignment.

 
This task is a creative way for you to investigate the relationships of the characters.
