Create a Strategy Map for your organization.

• You are required to complete the following:
• Describe the company/organisation under discussion.
• Identify three strategic objectives/goals for each of the four measurement perspectives in the Balanced Scorecard for the company/organization chosen.
• For each goal indicate the measure you would use to reach the goal listed.
• Identify the key linkages among the strategic goals/objectives.
• Use a blank Strategy Map template and reflect the four measurement perspectives, the key strategic objectives/goals, the measures and the linkages.

• A professional Cover page
• The assignment should be no longer than 3,500 words. The word limit is indicative only. Students will not be penalized for exceeding or falling short of the word limit indicated, but there is no need to inflate any answer with unnecessary background.
