Criteria - Reflect on what should be evaluated for high performance in this role, or high productivity contributing to greater organizational goals.

Self Performance - is an employee assessing their year end performance based on the set out criteria.

Peer Performance - is a manager or individual in HR reviewing the employees performance and providing their own assessment/feedback.

Also write a 1 page double spaced explanation of why you designed this template the way you did, focusing on why the criteria is important in assessing performance as it relates to HRM.
