requirements:

• 2 players should be able to play the game (both sitting at the same computer)
• The player that goes first should be selected at random
• The player should be able to place a marker (X or O) on a board by selecting a number from a matrix that represents an available space
• The player should be prompted when the game has ended and indicate who won or if the result is a draw.
