Create a V2MOM (vision, value, methods, obstacles and measured) for your product. Please provide an example of a product describing them in the method of V2MOM. 1. Vision Statement : Describe what you want to establish for the product. 2. Values: Description of the principle or belief that is most important to you in pursuing your vision for that product. 3. Methods : Description of the action you will take to achieve your vision for that product 4. Obstacles : Description of the challenges you will have to overcome to achieve your vision for that product. 5. Measures: How will you know when you are successful ? in that product. Include at least one measure for each method.
